AIS families are comprised of 63% Americans, 25% French, and 12% Other Nationalities
Percentage of Language Instruction
60% French, 20% Spanish, 20% English (These are averages and change from grade to grade.)

All teachers are native speakers of the language in which they teach.
Class Hours
Pre-K 1 and 2 (PS-MS): 8:45 AM to 3:00 PM
Kindergarten and 1st Grade (GS-CP): 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM
Second, Third, Fourth and Fifth Grades (CE-CM) 8:15 AM to 3:15 PM
Dress Code
AIS students wear school uniforms.
White collard shirts
Navy blue skirts, jumpers, shorts, pants, coats and sweaters
White socks or tights
Black, blue or navy rubber closed-toe shoes
No outside logos on clothing
No jewelry that can be easily removed
Other Programs
Summer Language Immersion Camp open to the public from June to mid July each summer.
