SPANISH SHOW - OPEN TO ALL - SUPPORT THE 8th GRADERS!

All are welcome to come and support the 8th graders. This is another opportunity to see the talent of our students and hear them speak in one of their three languages. All proceeds will go towards their Spanish trip. Come and support our graduates!

Celebrate Cinco de Mayo

Cinco de Mayo at AIS on May 4, 2024, from 11:00 a.m to 2:00 p.m. 

This kermés (or Kermesse) will be food (tacos! tamales! ice cream!), live music, dance, and plenty of games.

This event is for our community of students, parents, faculty, and staff. We sincerely hope you can join us! We are selling wristbands (entry passes) after school today and most days until the event. We will also sell wristbands on the day of the event.

If you are able to volunteer to run a booth/table or donate an item for the raffle, we would greatly appreciate it. You can sign up here

What a fantastic and long morning it was at the track meet, where we witnessed nothing but outstanding performances!

A huge round of applause to all the athletes who participated in this sporting event! They all demonstrated a wonderful competitive spirit and teamwork despite the heat and the duration of the event.

A big thank you also goes out to all the parents who assisted and supported the team, and a special thanks to Esther for her dedication in organizing the training sessions leading up to competition day. It was a wonderful sports day in downtown Austin!

Our students were amazing, showing off their language skills and teamwork. Even with tricky words, everyone stayed cool and impressed the judges. It was a super special moment that showed just how talented and dedicated our kids are when it comes to speaking different languages!
